1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp lemon juice

3 tbsp semolina (rava/suji)
2 tbsp rice flour (optional, for extra crispiness
2 tbsp oil for shallow frying
Directions
- Clean and pat dry the fish.
- Mix turmeric, chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt.
- Marinate the fish with the mixture; rest for 10–15 minutes.
- Mix rava and rice flour on a plate, coat the fish evenly.
- Shallow fry on medium flame until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot with lime wedges and salad. 🌿
